General Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SOFIA SIGNATURE EOOD, UIC 208841152, with its registered office and address of management: Sofia, “Gorska Temenuga” St. No. 35, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and all natural and legal persons, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer,” who use the website and services of Sofia Signature.

By using the website or submitting an inquiry, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Business

Sofia Signature offers professional services, including but not limited to:

Relocation of individuals, families, and business clients to Bulgaria;
VIP transfers with advance booking;
Organization and coordination of corporate and private events;
Consulting and assistance with administrative procedures;
Other personalized services agreed upon individually with the client.

The services provided can be tailored to the client’s specific needs.

3. Submitting an Inquiry

Submitting an inquiry via the contact form, email, or phone does not constitute the conclusion of a contract.

Upon receipt of the inquiry, the Provider prepares a customized proposal that includes the scope of services, deadlines, price, and other specific terms.

A contractual relationship is established upon written confirmation by both parties or upon receipt of the agreed-upon payment.

4. Prices and Payment

Service prices are determined on a case-by-case basis based on:

the type of service;
its scope;
the duration;
location;
the client’s additional requirements.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or by another method agreed upon in advance.

For certain services, the Provider has the right to request an advance payment.

5. Cancellations and Changes

The customer has the right to request a change or cancellation of a reservation.

If expenses have already been incurred, services have been reserved, or third-party providers have been engaged, the corresponding penalties or actual expenses incurred may be charged.

In the event of force majeure, the parties shall discuss the possibilities for changing the dates or terms of the service.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

to provide accurate and up-to-date information;
to provide the necessary cooperation for the performance of the services;
to comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria;
to make the agreed-upon payments on time.

7. Obligations of the Provider

The Provider undertakes to:

to provide the services professionally and in good faith;
to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided;
to inform the client in the event of circumstances that may affect the performance of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for:

delays caused by government agencies;
refusals to issue permits, visas, or administrative documents;
flight delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events;
actions or omissions by third parties and external providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, design, logos, and other materials, is protected under applicable law.

Their use without the Provider’s prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable European and Bulgarian legislation and Sofia Signature’s Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

For all unresolved issues, the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

All disputes between the parties shall be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement; if this is not possible, they shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
